At Cold1 Openers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your order was placed within the last 30 days, you are eligible to return your item for a refund.

To qualify for a return:

• Your return request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
• The item must be shipped back to us before a refund is issued.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
